Daniel Schütz studied law at the University of Bern and graduated in 2009. The graduation was followed by compulsory internships at court and in a law office. He was admitted to the bar in 2011. Afterwards he worked for the division of exchange of information in tax matters of the Federal Tax Administration and after 2014 as a lecturer for the chair of administrative law of the University of Fribourg. From 2013 - 2019 he practiced as a partner in a law firm in Bern. Since 2020 Daniel Schütz works for Advokatur Beck.
Daniel Schütz is officially registered as an attorney-at-law and thus entitled to represent clients before all cantonal and federal courts and authorities.
